Returns & Exchanges Policy

Policy Overview

At Rotoran, we want you to feel confident when making a purchase. We understand that many of the products we offer are important investments, and our goal is to provide a fair, transparent, and straightforward return process should an issue arise.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact our support team. We are committed to working with you to find the best possible resolution.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be:

  • Returned in new and unused condition

  • In the original manufacturer packaging

  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, hardware, and included components

  • Free from signs of installation, modification, damage, or misuse

Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be eligible for return authorization. We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon arrival to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For returns requested due to customer preference, incorrect ordering, or no longer needing the product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To simplify the process, Rotoran can provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund amount.

For products that arrive damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, Rotoran will cover all return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

To begin the process, please contact our support team at support@rotoran.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange request.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and any necessary shipping documentation. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays or may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible.

For freight deliveries, any shipping damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of the packaging, shipping labels, and product damage may be required to assist with the claim process.

Once verified, we will work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, repair solution, or full refund as appropriate. All associated shipping costs for approved damage or defect claims will be covered by Rotoran.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to the standard return process outlined in this policy.

Refund Processing Time

After a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will include the original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.

A 10% restocking fee will apply to eligible customer-initiated returns.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Our Error vs. Customer-Initiated Returns

If Rotoran ships the wrong item, or if a product arrives defective or damaged, we will cover all associated return shipping costs and provide a full resolution at no additional expense to you.

For returns resulting from customer preference, ordering the incorrect product, or no longer needing the item, return shipping costs and the applicable 10% restocking fee will apply.

Exchanges Process

If you need a different model, specification, or replacement item, our support team will help determine the most efficient exchange option available.

Exchange eligibility is subject to the same condition and return window requirements outlined in this policy. Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement order will be processed promptly.
