Shipping Coverage Area
We currently ship to addresses within the Continental United States only. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order, please contact our support team for assistance.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment on the same business day when placed during normal business hours.
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day. In the event that additional information is required to fulfill an order, our team will contact you promptly.
Shipment Notification & Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor your order throughout the delivery process and stay informed about its estimated arrival date.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 1–4 business days from the date they are shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier schedules, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, transit times cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
To provide reliable nationwide service, we work with trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and professional freight carriers for larger shipments.
Large or heavy items may require freight delivery. Freight shipments may involve scheduling a delivery appointment depending on the carrier and destination.
Delays & Exceptions
While most orders ship and arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, inventory availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires additional lead time, we will contact you with updated availability information and expected shipping timelines before proceeding whenever possible.
